How often do we feel stressed? How often do we channel the stress is through eating a variety of foods. Does by eating the stress will be reduced? - The second healthy food is red meat. Many of us are afraid to eat red meat, in fact it’s actually not true, because red meat is rich in vitamin B, iron and zinc which is great for reducing stress. What have to be keep in mind is that excessive consumption of red meat that is not good because it can cause heart disease and increase in number of cholesterol in the body.
- The third healthy food is milk. A glass of milk can be anti-oxidants for the body other than the content of vitamin B, calcium and protein in it which is good for both body and also to reduce stress. Drinking a glass of milk is not for kids only. This is good for everybody to start drinking a glass of milk at least a day to maintain body condition.
- Do not forget the vegetables, fruits and nuts that are all good for the body, health and to reduce stress.
