- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Sensitive skin easily becomes dry, to avoid it and keep the humidity as well as sensitivity can be helped by always drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. This habit is very good to apply. Not only for skin health but also overall body health.
- Eat vegetables and fruits that are rich in fibe. That need to be add is the consumption of vegetables and fruits rich in fiber and contain lots of water to maintain skin moisture.
