Preparing Pregnancy
The greatest happiness felt by a woman is to conceive and bear children. Pregnancy is the greatest gift in the life of a woman.
Pregnancy is also a happiness for a family, specially for a couple who was looking forward to having a child in a long time. With pregnancy, husband and wife will become closer and jointly planning a pregnancy, taking care until the time of delivery.
There are a few things need to be noted and carried on when planning a pregnancy :
- Perform a routine check up with your obstetrician or midwife to determine the condition of pregnancy as well as providing clues that must be followed by pregnant women during pregnancy following fetal monitor developments and provide vitamins or supplements that are necessary for infant growth and health of the mother during pregnancy.
- During pregnancy, a pregnant woman must be willing to make her lifestyle changes. Avoiding cigarettes and alcoholic beverages. Do not be afraid to be fat, although too thin or too fat is not good. Keeping food and nutritional intake as well as good exercise during pregnancy.
- Learn about each stage of development so as to minimize disruption of pregnancy that might arise and quickly react when there is a process that is not going well as it should. Routinely consult with obstetrician to detect problems as early as possible. Controlling stress and anxiety that can affect the developing fetus.
On facing pregnancy, every woman will definitely feel anxiety and worry. Ranging from whether she is ready with her pregnancy, whether she is ready to care of the child later on, fear of body shape changes, anxiety for changes in an intimate relationship with her husband and so forth. But all these anxieties can be overcome by sharing with her husband, doing a routine control to obstetricians and joining pregnancy exercise classes. Pregnancy is no longer be an issue.
