Be a Better You just in A Week ImageEvery person has experienced crisis of confidence. Feel not good and not worth it. Feel less beautiful or less handsome and so little that  like. Feel less slim or too fat, so do not approach the opposite sex. Feel not clever and not capable so not being trusted.

How many times in life a person feels a burden, it could be every day in the life always complain and feel inferior. How many times in life  a person feels jealous with others, view others more fortunate, it could be also be done almost any time. In fact every person is created  with each unique and distinctive characteristics that make this life perfect and complement for each other.

How to be a better you just in a week :

  1. Determine the purpose of life. For life to be directed and while doing things and the stems will be centered on that purpose. Each can  determine short-term goals or long-term goals, tailored to existing conditions. For that purpose is a goal  that can be achieved not just  become a dream.
  2. Determine the positive values to be achieved, these values are all things that really appreciate or care about for each which becomes a guide in carrying out the goals. Those values must be all that can provide motivation to always do more than what you dare to dream.
  3. Determine the real needs and set a priority. Step by step when you can meet those needs, determine the new requirements, for sure everything that you want will be achieved. Do not be greedy and want to get all at once, because if not achieved will only lead to  prolonged stress.
  4. Determine the passion and pleasure as a medium of expression to channel all the worries, doubts and fears. You will not know until you  do it.
  5. Determine the balance with the natural surroundings. Living the goal without thinking about the balance with nature would be lame. It should be goals that you want to achieve is also embrace the environment around and not be a selfish person. What is life without the rule of nature around.
  6. Know the weaknesses and strengths can be a material for evaluation to improve confidence in life. If necessary ask the people closest  to you to compile a list of your strengths and weaknesses.
  7. Dedicate life for others. There is nothing more than making happy and proud to know that others are proud of you and appreciate what  you do.

Starting from now and from ourselves. Be a better you in just a week, why not.
